At Stephens Catering Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the catering equipment in its original box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and the RMA form are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item is in resalable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
